Various modalities of management of segmental fractures of long bones

Introduction: Segmental long bone fractures in high energy injuries are a challenging combination of and soft-tissue damage loss. The state the surrounding soft tissues local blood supply to most important factors determining tendency fracture heal. Objectives: To study efficacy safety various method treatment segmental bones complications associated with it. Materials Methods: 20 patients bones, satisfying inclusion criteria, who were treated modalities management included study.The evaluated clinically as well radiologically modality was based on type injuries.
